Founder and director
He's graduate of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Mexico with a law degree, earned his professional title with Academic Excellence, graduating with the highest GPA in his class. He works as a lawyer and defense attorney specializing in tax and corporate law, advising companies in various sectors. He maintains ongoing professional development in areas such as tax strategy, defense in tax crimes, company liquidation, and the tax treatment of intangible assets.
It is federally registered to litigate before Collegiate Courts and District Courts, which allows it to broadly represent its clients before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice. It also possesses the FIREL (Electronic Signature of the Federal Judiciary), which authorizes it to initiate and monitor legal proceedings online.
In addition, he is certified as an Advanced Communicator Gold Grade and Advanced Leader Silver Grade by Toastmasters International, an organization recognized worldwide for its training in communication and leadership.
He is a lecturer and participates as a collaborator in various specialized forums and educational institutions.
