We have experience in filing legal remedies, such as administrative appeals, amparo lawsuits, and proceedings before specialized courts in economic competition, telecommunications, and broadcasting.

We advise on data privacy, user protection and information obligations, guaranteeing compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, IFT guidelines on number portability, quality of service and consumer rights, as well as relevant international standards (for example, the GDPR principles for cross-border operations or international data transfers).

We develop legal strategies to protect investments, intellectual property rights, and technology assets, including software licenses, confidentiality agreements, algorithm protection, critical infrastructure, and digital business models.
